Hourly to Annual Salary

Multiply your hourly rate by the number of hours worked per week, then multiply that result by 52 (the number of weeks in a year).

Hourly workers often get overtime pay (1.5x rate), whereas salaried employees usually have more consistent income and better benefits but may work more than 40 hours without extra pay.

The 52-week calculation assumes you are paid for vacation time. If you take unpaid leave, you should subtract those weeks from the 52-week total used in the calculation.
